Booking Policy
1. Special request are subject to availability.
2. Grace period of 15 minutes is given for each reservation. Kindly contact us for any delay or cancellation. We cannot guarantee your table after the given grace period has passed.
3. Cashless payment, our restaurant is no longer accepting cash payments however we welcome most credit & debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT:

The deposit is required for the guaranteed reservation. It will be adjusted against dinner at the restaurant. Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking until this deposit has been received.

Any reservation made by a guest/company can be amended or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time without incurring any charge.Any cancellation, no-show, or change made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of the deposit which will be applied without any prior notice.

SPECIAL EVENT DATES:

Pleased to share with you that during Festive Season from Monday, 16th December 2024 - Sunday, 5th January 2025 ( Excluding on Tuesday, 31st December,2024-New Year's Eve ), All restaurants will Only feature special Tasting for Festive season and the A la carte options will Not be available at Sirocco and Breeze Restaurants menus for Festive season.

For reservations on special event dates such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, and Valentine’s Day, as well as for a group reservations at our restaurants and bars, a non-refundable deposit of 100% is mandatory and must be paid in advance:

Cancellation and Non Refund Policy for a group of larger than 5 Persons and above The deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to any other booking, and cannot be used on any other occasion

ARRIVAL TIME
We allow a 15-minute grace period for each reservation.

PARKING
Parking is available at The Cat Tower in the Grand Postal Building at the rate of 20 Baht per hour.
Parking is also available in the alley Charoen Krung 43.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations are permitted. If you cancel your reservation, you will not receive a refund.

AMENDMENTS
One-time date and time amendments are allowed.
The new date must be within 30 months of the original booking date.

Amendments must be made at least 48 hours before the original booking date and time.
PRE-PAYMENT

Prepayment will be charged to your credit card immediately upon booking this reservation. Foreign exchange rates may apply. Please consult your card issuer.
